1. Coal-fired steam shovels, of course. No one has built a steam shovel since the 1950s and people quit using them in the 1930s after diesel engines big enough to power an excavator were developed, so expect Trump to demand billions of dollars to purchase Bucyrus from Caterpillar.

2. Russia, of course. He still owes Russian steel mills money.

3. Coal-fired steam trains are perfectly fine for transporting coal. Expect watering stations and coaling stations to pop up all along America's most important rail lines. He'll just ask for more billions to revive the American Locomotive Company.

And this sidesteps the 8000-pound gorilla in the room: no electric company wants the coal-fired plants they have now. Why would they want new ones?
