Extroversion is heavily influenced by testosterone, as is psychopathic behaviour. A person with high testosterone is usually very confident in themselves (without necessarily having evidence to justify that assurance), is egotistical and self-centered, believes in his innate superiority, and usually are rule breakers. They also typically peak early (usually in their twenties or thirties) and then decline because testosterone levels fall off pretty dramatically over time. They are also more susceptible to deterioration of brain function as they get older.
