...(or Executive-elect in this case, although you wouldn't know that from the media). That was the intention of the system of government we set up in the first place. The three major branches were supposed to be natural antagonists, making tyranny difficult to pull off. The framers of the Constitution did not anticipate mega-rich people buying all three branches and intimidating them into working in unison. Or if they did, they figured we were screwed then and there was nothing to be done about it.
