only a few days left. Now that I have that out of the way, I wonder why the legal experts here never mention this part

paying a minor for sex alone is a violation of the federal sex trafficking statute, no transportation or coercion required (and an alleged trafficker not knowing an alleged victim’s age is not considered a defense)

Garland certainly knew that If it's true. But all they have said since yesterday is that she was legal in the state of Florida, they repeat that part like parrots. Garlands office oh which he is in charge of, didn't know that sex trafficking is a federal offense?
