Can you think of an instance where part of a movie plot or a line from a movie just doesn't make sense? [View all]

For example:
In the film "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," Brad Pitt's character, Cliff Booth, takes a hitchhiker, "Pussycat," to Spahn Ranch, where he insists on seeing George Spahn, (Bruce Dern) to make sure that the hippies living there aren't exploiting him.
The Manson girl, Squeaky, "guarding the house" tells Booth that "George is blind."
George Spahn himself tells Booth that he is blind.
But, nevertheless, Spahn also tells Booth that he's napping now because he "doesn't want to fall asleep watching 'The FBI' on TV with Squeaky because she gets mad when that happens."
A blind man watching TV?
That just doesn't make sense to me.
