59. Jello. I mean, my Mom made some tasty dishes with a Jello base, but it went out of fashion decades ago...

The main one that showed up at TG was shredded raw carrots plus raisins in orange Jello. You could add walnuts to it as well. It’s actually a nice combo of flavors and textures, and easy to make.

Her other one was something she called Funeral Salad that showed up at some point after I left home. From the name I deduced that it was something she felt was fancy enough to take along to an occasion like a funeral. I was given the recipe but it always looked like too much in every sense: Raspberry Jello, cranberries, and can’t remember the rest except there was a thick layer of cream cheese, probably with chopped walnuts.
