62. Fruit salad or ambrosia

Mom and me loved this dish, but no one else did and we always had too many leftovers and fruit doesn't stay good long, so we stopped having this afer mom passed 10 years ago. I have started making her Thanksgiving jello - which most don't like, but my sister and I love it and my daughter now likes it too. It's different but I love it - green jello with pecans, cheddar cheese, carrots and pineapple. Great fall colors and so refreshing!
