He’s definitely taking the opportunity to play but is also a good, neighborly guy. I’m in a red county and have wonderful neighbors. Trees go down on our road a lot and most of the time someone has it cut up and cleared before the VDOT trucks arrive. I’ve seen livestock out loose several times and multiple people pull over to herd them off the road and then try to figure out where they live (met some nice young folks a couple months ago while we were having a great time trying to herd 3 beautiful loose pigs, lol). It reminds me of how life was when I grew up.
