Chapters providing legal assurances to investment capitalists have been leaked, though. Those assurances are very thorough and give investment capitalists security.

I wonder if any thought at all has been put into laws providing for the security of workers, of the environment we live in, and of the social infrastructure required for general happiness?

The chapters that have been leaked, and that I glanced at, read like they were written by lawyers for Rand Paul.
