2. Toyota resists Union efforts

AFAIK, concerning the Georgetown Kentucky plant, they pay decent wages and provide some benefits, enough to forestall a serious effort by the unions. Many workers are wary of the Union, due to decades of propaganda about the evils of unions and their leadership. I was in the UAW in Kentucky, and trying to explain the benefits was difficult.
