1. About 20 years ago we represented a couple of Survivor contestants at my agency

And I got to read the CBS Survivor contract.
It is the most oppressive, strongest, contract I'd ever seen.
I think at one point I pointed out to the contestant that if she ever have kids she got to keep them.
But for example if she were to save the life of the president next week, CBS could make a feature film or a TV movie about her life and the event without ever having to pay her another nickel.
Reality producers are the biggest dicks in this business.
Notorious for fucking with their contestants lives to create drama for the cameras.
It would be great if these contestants can win this suit against NBC but it's gonna be hard to win.
There will probably be a settlement of some kind down the road.
