1. I always plant some in fall. Here in AZ, it survives winter nicely

and it provides migrating birds with nourishment. Plant outside a window and enjoy the lively, enhanced view.

Here in South Central PA, I usually plant it in early spring Mousetoescamper Mar 2024 #2
