Phil Silvers......in "Bilko" absolutely love him in this show.....it's in black and white too. [View all]

My husband has a hard time trying to understand it, they talk soooooooooooooo fast. Ya really gotta listen, it is a fast dialogue. So funny though….love all the actors.
