1. So-called "Reality TV" has largely ovetaken the old Soaps with few still on the air...

If I had to watch a "soap" versus the Kardashians or any other show of that ilk, I'd take the "soap" every time. (The acting is typically better--even if the story lines are usually nuts and the actresses don't try to "condescendingly influence" the world in their "real" life.

So congrats to all cast & crew--now and then-- of the Young and the Restless.
