5. When I qualified for my MMJ card, I sold mine to a pawnshop.

Didn't feel like violating federal law, as stupid as that part of the FDA drug scheduling is. Drunks shoot a lot more people than stoners. The good thing is if the serial is traced to me, I can refer them to the pawnshop and the date I pawned it.

I'd rather not hurt than have a gun.
