1. I am not Washington Gas

My son-in-law’s cell phone has the same last seven digits of Wash Gas. The hyperlinks on all of Was Gas websites, including the emergency cite, direct customers to my son-in-law’s phone. Wash Gas only list the last 7 digits of their number, not including the prefix. So all calls go to the local prefix, his cellphone. He was getting 25 or more calls a day. We called WG, emailed, kept on hold everyday for years. My son-in-law did answer some persistent calls just in case the gas leaks in their house might kill them. I can relate to Dorothy trying to get to the Wizard of Oz. We did manage to get one site changed to include the correct prefix.
