The only reason they don't call her "Senator No" is the name was already taken. She is against everything.

Before she ran for the state senate, she ran for mayor of Coeur d'Alene. Her platform was to give the citizens advisory votes on every single thing the city did...which would not only have been prohibitively expensive, if you're going to run the city by mob rule why have a government at all? Fortunately, a real estate agent won the election and he's been fairly decent.
