That is the same as legislating morality. IT WON'T WORK!!

Americans are free to travel from state to state. It is NOT the business of Lawmakers to make laws preventing travel for whatever reason. It is none of their business where I or anyone else travels to. People come to Minnesota from all over the country and world for Medical Care. Rest assured, we will be one of those refuges.
