Over 40 dogs abandoned at Belvidere dog park [View all]
https://www.mystateline.com/news/local-news/over-40-dogs-abandoned-at-belvidere-dog-park/Belvidere, Ill. (WTVO) - Authorities are working to discover who abandoned over 40 dogs in Belvidere's Hammertime Unleashed Dog Park on Monday morning.
Mick Johnston took a video of the puppies running loose on the grounds and posted it to Facebook.
The dogs were taken in by the Boone County Animal Services, who made a request for donations to help care for the sudden influx.
If anyone can afford a donation, no matter how modest, now is the time!
