There will be only 60 dispensaries statewide. And there is a specific list of ailments (no, headaches aren't on the list—just super serious stuff like cancer, Parkinson's disease, ALS), and you'll have to have a doctor's order as well as proof from the doctor that you have physically been seen in the office and certified with one of these diseases. You could always fake Tourette's, and find an unscrupulous doctor to back you up.
