Piotter sees to have a personal problem with the trail going close to his property. He is trying to intimidate people and I hope the community shuns and shames him. This includes refusing to do business with him in any way.

Being it is rural Indiana, though, I wouldn't be surprised if he has a lot of sympathizers.
