When they ousted the three justices (after a 7-0 decision) last time, it was right after the decision that had held prohibitions against same sex marriage a violation of equal protection. None of the justices fought back against the ad campaign.

This time, none of the three (2 of whom are on the court as a result of the last coup) are up until 2028. I think the decision will prove to be popular, and the justices may not take the attempt to oust them so quietly.
