denominator with most Rural Communities and that being the Leadership of those Communities. And that being blindness to progress and failing to embrace progress. If you lived in a small town you know what I mean.. The Local Business People are so afraid of Competition yet so unwilling to change their Business Plans to increase their business.

Always seems there is jealousy of the Youth becoming more Educated than them. Suddenly when their Community Business base collapses,they build Political self serving Economic walls around their Community supported by a P.R.campaign blaming the Liberal Progressive forces for their demise,when it was their own ignorance and petty jealousy of change that they themselves created.
