Point out his lack of accessibility, closed town halls, etc.
Drive home the point that he has abandoned the people of the 1st CD.
Run ads promoting the tour..."Just who IS Rod Blum?"
Tour many towns in the 1st CD with a Rob Blum impersonator/stand-in.
Make some WAVES...blue ones.
