Trump is not his friend. He uses and discards people in short order. Whitaker could easily end up being interviewed by the Mueller team or face a grand jury. He’s not immune from an obstruction of justice investigation or charges. With a little bit of luck, he might might even look at sharing a cell with Mike Flynn or Paul Manafort.
