3. Here is what I found on Wikipedia:
Sat May 18, 2019, 08:53 PM
May 2019

Declared
Steven Cox, health care advocate[4]

Potential
Andy Beshear, incumbent Attorney General of Kentucky and candidate for Governor in 2019[5]
Jack Conway, former Attorney General of Kentucky, nominee for Senate in 2010, and nominee for Governor in 2015[5]
Adam Edelen, former State Auditor and candidate for governor in 2019[5]
Greg Fischer, mayor of Louisville[6]
Jim Gray, former mayor of Lexington and nominee for Senate in 2016[7]
Alison Lundergan Grimes, Secretary of State of Kentucky and nominee for the U.S. Senate in 2014[5]
Matt Jones, media personality, restaurateur[8][9][10]
Ashley Judd, actress[5]
Amy McGrath, 2018 nominee for Kentucky's 6th congressional district and former Lieutenant colonel in the United States Marine Corps[10][5]

There are some familiar names, but I don't believe anybody is placing bets at this point. It seems like Beshear, Edelin, Grimes, and McGrath have the most name recognition.
