1. If I understand this, it only takes 25% signing cards in order to become a unionized workforce, with no election ?

Even if 74.99 % oppose it ?

I support the right to be represented in bargaining (and the right to not be), but it doesn't seem equitable if it only takes 1 out of 4 people signing a card to impose it on everyone.

I've never heard of any union card check or vote that didn't require 51% in order to pass.
