He actually felt to use a term that is widely used when a woman his assaulted to describe having a flyer put on his car. So, your comparison to Rush is spot on. He went on and on about Clinton during his impeachment hearings but Howie did get an intern pregnant when she was an intern at the Herald. He explained it on the air as something like I did the right thing and married her. As you can tell I use to listen to his radio show. I once laughed when I read something he wrote in a column that was exactly something a caller had said on his radio show the previous week without ever mentioning that fact in the column so it would seem that Howie had an original thought in the column.

With Opening Day approaching he use to go live to Fenway Park on Opening Day and look for state and federal workers, mostly pols, and ask them if they were done working for the day as they entered the park.
