Of course, the reason the Globe sucks is because NYT bought it and disembowled it. Now they're griping because THEY created a piece of shit in an effort to "economize."

Once upon a time, when it was a stand-alone entity, it was a helluvah pay-pah. The Globe Spotlight Team was both revered and feared. Those were the days....
