Bloomsburg (State) Univ in PA. Students moved back 2 weeks ago. The official reasoning was very low case numbers in the rural county (like students weren’t returning from all over the state and out of state??) Now there’s over 100 cases already, classes have moved to all-online and she’ll probably move back home soon as she lives in a university-owned apartment. Rinse and repeat for every other college in the country.
