that can provide these numbers (fraud voting) because there literally aren't any, perhaps 1 in 1,000,000,000 attempts (and I'm probably understating this figure too).

This is a clear and blatant violation of one's constitutional right to vote in a democracy. This is wrong and because a lot of the repug states are all going in different ways in their so called voter suppression efforts in different manners, the feds need to step in and regulate the whole thing and rule all other state efforts in limiting voting invalid.
