Cooper hasn’t been governor long enough to take credit for much that weighed into this... and hasn’t been able to do much anyway with red supermajorities in the legislature.

I suppose it helps that the Raliegh are played such a prominent role and is deep blue... but anything attributable to tax policy (etc.) plays against us.
