I especially enjoyed the good news in this latest update. Gov. Cooper is apparently on good terms with the current federal administration (unlike some other governors), as evidenced by NC being among the first states to receive approval to provide P-EBT benefits to children.

Also good news is Gov. Cooper's intention to increase testing.

I'm braced for all the sad news likely to continue coming. Music and sunshine help. Also cute puppy/kitten videos.

What do you mean, "see you on the other side"? What other side is that?
