1. Good government groups on both sides support it

The ACLU says it's better than the current system, but doesn't believe it goes far enough to prevent gerrymandering, so neither supports nor opposes it.
It's more strongly backed by Dems because we are the ones currently being hurt by the system in place; still, Repubs can see the possability of change in the future (and Ohio still has some moderate Repubs, although you wouldn't know it to see the election ads!)
I voted 'yes'
