Kasich, as much as I loathe him, at least was pragmatic about this heartbeat nonsense, saying it was a waste of time and money and therefore wouldn’t sign a bill on it.

The troglodytes under de wine were just salivating to do this as the first thing on their extreme agenda and look where it’s gotten us. Fuck them all.
