5. I don't understand why higher ed gets bypassed

Campuses in Ohio are open, and some classes are meeting in person. Libraries and student services are open.

I also would like to see essential workers in food service, etc. become eligible. I know they are in California.

I may sound picky, but I would love to see people at risk safer.

Yes, I saw an article about Ohio University returning to class as I was reviewing the media sites in TexasTowelie Mar 2021 #6
