being overturned on appeal.

They were filling legit prescriptions. I could see it if they were filling a bunch of fake/forged prescriptions, then they could be accused of negligence, but filling legitimate prescriptions written by physicians IS THEIR JOB.

I mean, if I walk into a pharmacy with a legitimate prescription, written by a physician, they're gonna tell they won't fill it? By what legal basis?
