They have some problems to address, but they are in the same boat as many other states. The citizens of the state are fortunate that they have a rational Democratic governor who has provided the leadership necessary to avoid bigger blunders.
I haven't finished my posts for Pennsylvania since I'll be looking at the Pittsburgh media sites. I'll try to find some good news to offset the gloom and doom posts since you pointed out the trend.
