The local affiliated ABC news station reports with video. It was a pipe rupture at Transeo, and the Coast Guard was called because of the spill into Otter Creek. The Coast Guard will mop it up and environmental experts have claimed that there is no danger to the public. Local residents have been advised to avoid the area until the cleanup is completed.
