Shame them and shame them publicly by sending this kind of behavior to the networks that are SEC based (NBC) and start a boycott of their game advertisers and figure out how the hell to make this kind of behavior a consequence of their games being or NOT being broadcast. To me, that's the grassroots and punch-em-in-the-face way of starting this. Let the admins of UTenn know that this is your plan and see what the response is from them.
