In March, we had a rejection of 2,000 ballots
In May, we had a rejection of 100

We had 8,765 mail ballots that were not returned? WTF???
How does someone go through the process of obtaining a mail ballot and then they don't return it?? I talked with someone who received their mail ballot on Thursday, Nov 3. (She hurried and sent her ballot in. But she has a PhD) She had requested her ballot in Sept. Maybe that was the reason. They received their ballots too late??
