It's time for a new era of leadership in Texas. I have lived in this state all but two years of my life. The Democratic Party has not won a statewide race since the 1990's--over 30 years.

Gilberto has been there long enough. He was not successful. It is time for someone else to breathe new life into the Texas Democratic Party.
