Utah was a magnet for Retirees due to their Income Tax that did not include Social Security payments as income. That changed about ten years ago in one of their Secret Midnight Tax Commission meetings. And Utah being a low wage state,this is having a negative affect on their Senior Retired Population.

The Winners in the Cult State are anyone who owns a Business,chances are you will operate Tax Free with the Local Community providing Subsides for you along the way.
