I have a sister-in-law from Colonial Heights, and from her discussions of it, this makes sense.

Jennifer McClellan only lost two counties in VA-4 yesterday, per this handy NYT chart.

Benjamin won Dinwiddie, Southampton and Sussex in November but they went blue yesterday.
