a lot of restaurants, retail and service jobs are gone and not coming back. Those that are working are becoming more accustomed to working from and eating at home. Many office spaces will be downsized as employers figure out that they don't need the overhead of big offices to get the job done and hence the businesses such as bars & restaurants near them will in many cases not survive.
