1. I wonder when one of these role plays will go wrong and someone doesn't get the memo

And someone gets hurt. I was at a facility when we did one of those and to make it more realistic a lot of people didn’t know in advance what was happening. In that case it played out so comically I don’t think there was any danger but I think it would only take one person who didn’t know what was going on and took it seriously.
