It shouldn't be subjected to contractual obligations.

Cross state or cross town it is the spice of life in communities. To have this end just because UW left the pac 10 is foolish.

I becamed disappointed years ago in sports and stop following all of it back in the 80's. But I do know how some things such as this are important to the community.
