This reminds me of a model program where I worked years ago. And indeed, it did provide the ‘extra boost’ in getting certain students better prepared for their conventional education!
Alas, it fell victim to the ‘HIGH TAXES” complaints from the community.
WOULDN’T IT BE GREAT IF SCHOOLS GOT THE MONEY THEY NEEDED AND THE MILITARY HAD TO HOLD BAKE SALES AND SELL WRAPPING PAPER TO GET WHAT THEY WANT?
