1. Be careful who they have managing the ports. I once hooked up to a port at a State of WA facility and the cost was high

I think just the connect fee was $10 and the KWH rate was crazy high. I paid almost as much for that one charge as I normally did for a whole month of charges elsewhere. Important to have access but needs to be affordable. That port I connected to, while at a State facility, was managed by a third party vendor who definitely was "for profit".
