1. I was just there a few weeks ago...

And that place is hopping in the summer! I love Jackson, and the downtown area, and of course Grand Teton Park. I can see why it is so expensive to live there. It’s like many tourist towns - Aspen, Telluride, Estes Park, etc. Land is at a premium and rich people buy up a lot of land and build these palatial estates. The average citizen can’t afford to live there.

I hope Jackson figures this out. It is probably the only Democratic area in Wyoming! 😁
